Our service support is the thing that makes sure that linen is collected for you from your premises, cleaned and returned in good time.

We do this on a schedule that is both agreed and appropriate to your business. If you have any doubt about what the schedule should be then our advisory service is there to help you decide.

To know that linen is being collected and returned on a known schedule is very reassuring, but it also good to know that it will be cared for in the meantime.

On every collection we inspect all items for damage, or excessive wear to see if any items need replacing. Regular replacement costs are built into your contract fees and are based on known wear levels for the application concerned. For example, table cloths and napkins tend to require replacement more often than duvet covers.

All items are then thoroughly cleaned according to the material and structural requirements. They are then pressed and packed to be presentable, ready to use, like new.

Finally the items are returned to be re-used, which is an opportunity to collect the next batch for inspection and cleaning, or replacement.
